Soft white nails are one of the many looks and designs that are growing in popularity for those who seek light-colored nails or those who want the nude nail design but with a small kick to it. This look is very versatile and can be done to suit any occasion.
One thing that you may not know about this look is that it has many different names depending on which part of the world you live in (or even what part of the country).
As with their white delicate color, this manicure is also thought to represent purity, elegance, innocence, freshness, and femininity so they go perfectly with anything from a blouse to pants!
How to Achieve the Look of Soft White Nails with Acrylic Powders
Soft white nails are made using acrylic powder. This is not something that’s necessarily different from regular white nails, but what I mean by “soft” is the shade of white that you are looking for.
If you want a more bright look or if you want to do this look on your toes then go with the brighter/glossier version of soft white while doing this tutorial on your fingers will yield a softer result.

Now… depending on the type of person you are, I’ve gathered for you not one but FIVE great videos about soft white nails. It is your choice whether you use them for self-explaining on your way to manicure yourself or for inspiration (for example, the one that adds the different colors in each finger).
Me… I personally use every chance I get to find the best nail salon near me and let them do the experimenting 🙂
Soft White Nails with Designs
Many of us that opt for soft white nail polish do it for a reason that in this specific time and day we need a modest yet elegant touch of expression and we used our nail polish (amongst other ways) to achieve it.
However, in most cases, the above is not in contradiction with adding a touch of color, a touch of personality. And the easiest way to do so is by adding designs.
In the above video, they added some color. Another quick and easy way (that I particularly enjoy) is singling out one finger and adding some glitter to it. The complete opposite of the soft tone.
Here is a great example – looking forward to hearing what you think of it!
